Disneyland Trip • May 2008

Here we go again, back to Disneyland for a fun weekend trip - gotta make those annual passes worth it! We spent two days at Disneyland, stayed overnight at one of the hotels on property. Jordan loves the hotel elevators, and found a new friend in one of the gift store windows - Mr. Starfish. What's Mr. Starfish doing? "He's making breakfast and having some warm milk", he says. The favorites this time were the cars at Autopia, the Disneyland Railroad, the Monorail and Nemo Submarine Ride. We were stuck in Tomorrowland for two days, with the occasional trips to California Adventure and Downtown Disney where we shared a decadent Bananas Foster dessert for after dinner treat. Airplanes are now Jordan's latest obsession, and we found a store that had a number of really nice model airplanes, hand carved in the Philippines out of a single block of mahogany wood. Of course, Jordan points to one that had a $200 price tag on it and said "Can we get one of those for my birthday?"
