San Francisco & Monterey, CA • April 2008

John attended the RSA conference in San Francisco this month, so we took the opportunity to hang out in the city and sneak in a short trip to Monterey at week's end. Our hotel was right in the middle of downtown, and gave us a taste of city living with all the loud noises and crowded streets that come with it. Jordan had a blast riding the BART, hanging out with Uncle Henry, going out to breakfast in Castro, Spanish Tapas dinner in the Mission and ice cream at the famous Mitchell's Ice Cream. At the end of the week, the weather couldn't have been more perfect for a drive down to Big Sur for a late afternoon lunch at Nepenthe, and a few glorious days in Monterey where Grandma, Tita Elvie and cousin Nico joined us at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
